1. The Crystal Ki Map of Consciousness

The Crystal Ki Map of consciousness follows on from Dr David Hawkins map of consciousness and gives you an indication of where you are in your ascension process allowing those of you who have been to a Crystal KI workshop to follow your path knowing what level you are at now and your next major attainment level. If you astral travel, you can be consciously aware of all of your out of body attunements and initiations in the spiritual realms.

The figures refer to both consciousness and vibration because in order to reach the higher levels on the map you need to work on clearing your mind and body: that means regular healing, exercise and a first class diet that eliminates alcohol, wheat, sugar and dairy products over a period on time. You will be guided by your higher mind as you develop.

The map helps you to keep track of where you are and what level you calibrate. These figures show you that you vibrate at the same frequency as a Saint or an Ascended Master, not that you instantly become one. It is important to keep the ego under control, there is no need to be running around telling the world you are an Avatar, real Avatars would not feel the need to do that, in fact keeping silent about their level of power would be a part of the spiritual contract they will have agreed to. Only the ego self would want to let the world know that they are more important than anyone else.

24. 3^rd Oct 2008 – Pink Moon Leeches

Today I decided to concentrate on clearing the planet. I settled into a warm bath and called for the help of my little pink moon leeches. The angel who was their Guardian appeared to my right side with the little box of miracle workers in her hands. She opened the box and I asked the leeches if they would go into the sea and clear as much of the pollution away as possible. I could see the planet, about the size of a football, in front of me and the angel helped the leeches out of the box and into the sea. They enthusiastically swam around absorbing the pollution from oil spillages and the fuel that was emptied into it from aeroplanes.

In a matter of minutes they were all black and the job was done. They hopped out of the sea back into the magic box, and were instantly clean, clear, and transformed into the pure beings they were initially.

I blew them a kiss and the energy turned into little pink birds and butterflies, which flew into their sweet, pure hearts. The sea looked so clear, it was sparkling. The fish looked happy and there was a calmness, which spread to the very core of the planet. Mother Earth thanked me for thinking of her, and I went about my day.

40. 19^th Oct 2008 – The Crystal Tablet

Last night I had a dream about an angry man in a wheelchair, and a large swimming pool. I realised that it was a message to clear out my anger, as it was disabling me.

Before I had my morning meditation I called Tess to catch up on how life was treating her. She was becoming more and more sensitive to people's energy and, like me, had become quite reclusive. Her son had given her an Indiana Jones toy and just before the end of the phone call she made a point of mentioning it. It immediately made me think about the Crystal Skulls. After the call I pulled out an oracle card and it was hawk medicine, which meant that I was being sent a message. I needed to go to the Sphinx, so it looked like I had a busy journey ahead.

Once in the bath tub I cleared myself of fear and anger, which brought me up to 2516. Archangel Michael insisted on carrying me to the Sphinx to conserve my energy. Once in the room with the Pharaoh, Michael spoke of Abba's instructions to have my blueprint encoded with Goddess essence. I sat down in the chair, as before. The egg-shaped rock now looked like a diamond; it opened up and surrounded me in a ball of light. As I looked at the egg, a shape began to form. It looked like a woman's body and it moved towards me as particles of light, and merged into my body. It felt divine, more than divine. A grid running horizontally across me moved down through my body to my feet, expelling old negative ego programs. I felt fantastic, I handed the Pharaoh a diamond, then left.

We needed to go and see the Crystal Skulls and again, Michael insisted on carrying me to save my energy. Peru was beautiful and sunny. We made our way down the many steps, deep into the heart of the Temple, where the Skulls resided. I walked into the centre of the circle of these amazing beings.

“We have a quest for you Serena.” The skull spoke in a voice I recognised. They often called me by my angel name. He continued to explain that a dark Sorcerer in the Middle East was in possession of a crystal tablet, which had a formula encoded into it. The code was part of the keys to creation, but in the wrong hands could destroy the whole planet. It was kept in a chest in a locked room, and I was to retrieve it and return it to Abba. Michael was to guide me on my quest; this quest was part of my journey and involved some risk. I was to take care and to go tomorrow night at 9pm.
